Thank you to everyone who has returned their Dental Health Permission Note/Form.   If you still have the form sitting at home and wanting to have this Free Dental Check done at school could you please return the form by this Friday 10th of March.  Forms need to be sent off ASAP prior to the visit which is scheduled for the week  commencingt 1st of May 2023.

If you have misplaced the original form and would like another one please contact Jacki who will send one home.
