linked to asthma, eczema and sleep disturbances.
This simple swap significantly reduces the
number of ingredients. It does contain nuts so if your children and school don't allow nuts, then swapping the muesli bar for a couple of bliss
balls or pikelets is another good option.
Here's a simple recipe you can make that requires no baking and its freezer friendly too. You have to love that right?
This bar is so much more nutritious and when you
buy the ingredients for this, you will have heaps
of leftover ingredients to use in many other
recipes too.
