Writing Competition

This year Mr McCormack invited students to write an imaginative and original piece on the topic “Coming home from the Great War to the Riverina and Central West” Lillian wrote a piece titled “Smile” for which she has received a Highly Commended Award. This piece will be published in Mr McCormack’s Anzac Day Commemorative Booklet which is distributed across the electorate.

We are very proud of Lillian’s passion for literacy and continued commitment to writing.
